This client came to us with an unfinished third floor that they wanted to convert to finished space. We met on site, assessed the current structure, and talked through what they needed, as well as the details regarding the design. We came up with a vision and got started on the plans.
We utilized the existing roof rafters in the designs with some added framing to create a vaulted high ceiling with some wood accents in the new space. We worked through a design layout that incorporated an entertainment space, as well as added an additional bedroom and full bath for their family.
The client was super sweet and humble throughout the whole process. They trusted our vision and worked through some construction hiccups along the way. But all in all, the space turned out incredible! The client was super happy and excited to finally move into their space.
