Formed in April 2025 by Shannon and her husband Preston, WH Designs Studio is a drafting firm set out to provide full residential construction drawings to the Central Virginia Area. With over 15 years of experience in the drafting and construction world, Shannon decided to create a full-service firm that provided quality detailed drawings for homeowners, builders, and contractors.

Our expertise ranges from small patio and deck designs to larger custom 10,000 sq ft new construction single family homes. Our company offers a variety of drafting and design services for renovations, additions, or remodels.

Our experienced team of designers have worked with Award Winning Builders and Architects, as well as Created 3D and Photorealistic Renderings for Designers, Realtors, and Builders. Our plans have been permitted through a variety of localities and uphold the current building codes and standards.
